AOLA Associate, Cory Jenner, Guest Lecture at SU

On Wednesday, October 5, Appel Osborne Associate, Cory Jenner, will visit Syracuse University to offer a guest lecture to an Engineering and Computer Science class specifically studying urban storm water management.  The session will be about the importance of storm water management design as well as the different techniques to implement it.  To follow up on the information addressed in the lecture, Cory will accompany the class to VanKeuren Square on October 19 for a look at examples of storm water management design.  VanKeuren Square is a project that was completed by Appel Osborne in 2014 which incorporated many sustainable storm water management features including porous asphalt, permeable pavers, native trees and shrubs, and bio-retention areas.
