2018 Entrance Sign

• Develop multiple schematic plans/elevations for entrance sign and gateway design.
• Develop a single plan through construction documents.

2016 Master Plan and Grant Application

• Prepare new Master Plan and assisted with design development/grant application to secure project funding for Master Plan implementation.
• Evaluation of existing storm water conditions and development of green infrastructure practices in compliance with Green Innovation Grant Program (GIGP) program requirements.
• Prepared estimates and phasing scenarios.
• Identified potential site improvements for eligible funding.
• Provided plan including preliminary layout, materials selection, plantings, and grading and drainage concept.
• Provided plan rendering for marketing efforts.
• Prepared storm water design calculations to determine NYSDEC compliance and CFA guidelines.
• Assisted Owner with pre-application requirements including feasibility study, conceptual site plan, existing conditions plan, and completion of SEQR.
