• Scope of work included acquisition of adjacent property, site plan approval, demolition of an existing structure to create parking for 30 cars and miscellaneous site improvements
• Project highlights include exterior streetscape improvements with a western motif.
• Specialty details were created for entry area, kiosk, parking and walkway.
• Project won the American Society of Landscape Architects Merit Award.
