• Master Plan development including phasing options and construction estimate for entire site and program.
• Site inventory and analysis.
• Siting of future buildings including repair and expansion of existing pavilions.
• Final Master Plan Graphic to guide implementation and aid with fundraising.
• Estimating and prioritization to allow for a strategic approach for implementation.
• Circulation improvements include:

1. Parking lot reconfiguration with separate bus loop, separate staff parking, and designated pickup/drop-ff areas.
2. Accessibility and emergency access improvements.

• Recreation enhancements include:

1. Outdoor gathering area enhancements including new waterfront amphitheater.
2. New sprayground near pool facility.
3. New regulation basketball court.
4. New beach volleyball court.
5. New waterfront docks and fishing area.
6. Recondition existing playfields, archery yard, and ropes course elements.
7. Horse pasture and stable expansion.
