New Facility and Community Gateway

• Site design for a new two-story 55,500 GSF medical facility in Downtown Syracuse, NY.
• Coordination for the remediation of significantly contaminated soils in compliance with NYSDEC regulations for Brownfield Cleanup Program Sites.
• Permitting and agency coordination to obtain Site Plan Approval including SEQRA assessment and site plans for approval by the Syracuse City Planning Board, Syracuse City Engineering Department, and
• Syracuse City Department of Public Works.
• Site design includes streetscape and neighborhood unification, building entry plaza, pedestrian and vehicular circulation, 120+/- space parking lot, signage, ornamental fencing, landscaping, site lighting, site utilities, and storm water management.
• Streetscape design includes decorative pavement and tree plantings.
