2018 Landscape Master Plan

• Development of a Landscape Master Plan for the campus.
• Assessment of existing conditions including vehicular and pedestrian circulation, parking, site accessibility, traffic safety concerns, outdoor facilities, infrastructure including roadways, walks, pavement conditions, open space plazas and vegetation.
• Review wayfinding and campus signage.
• Identify opportunities for campus beautification and enhancement.
• Review current maintenance practices and develop strategies for reducing maintenance.
• Provide recommendations for future studies, analysis, and cost projections.
• Provide written report of the Master Plan including prioritization of proposed improvements.
