• Features included pavers for driveways and walkways as well as complementary landscaping.
• Development of low grass meadows in place of traditional manicured lawns to reduce maintenance costs and provide a naturalistic setting.
• Plantings focused on native selections to create a unified planting plan which reflected attractive focal elements and circulation patterns, as well as fulfilling maintenance needs and screening requirements.

• Full design services including extending the central pedestrian mall, creating two new plazas and design site amenities.
