2018 Capital Improvement Project

Gates Chili High School - Athletic Facility

• New 8x8 lane athletic track, sod field with irrigation, including steeplechase, long jump pits, and updated pole vault.
• New synthetic turf field and surrounding walkways.
• New permanent 1,000-seat elevated bleachers with 10'x48' double-sided press box.
• Multiple portable bleacher systems.
• New scoreboards and video screens, sports field lighting.
• Storm water management system.

Gates Chili High School - Auditorium Addition

• Site work related to a building addition including new entryway and site amenities.
• New parking lot and expansion of existing parking.
• Improved bus loop design for more efficient traffic flow.
• Storm water management system.

Florence Brasser Elementary

• Site work related to a building addition.
• Site work for new playscapes including playscape equipment.

Middle School

• Courtyard design.
• Parking lot redesign and new parent drop-off area.
• Replacement of water line and fuel tank removal.

Paul Road Elementary

• Design of a new parent drop-off.
• Site work for new playscapes including playscape equipment, new paved play area, and renovation of existing playscapes.

Walt Disney Elementary

• Site work related to an updated building entry.
• Site design for removal of existing playscape, design of multiple new playscapes for a variety of ages including playscape equipment.
• Widen existing sidewalks to assist with snow removal, mill and top existing pavement.

Neil Armstrong Elementary

• Site work related to a building addition.
• Sidewalk removal and replacement.
• Renovation of existing playscape.
• Mill and top basketball court and include additional court games.
• Site work for new playscapes for a variety of ages.
• Traffic calming measures including vehicle barrier.
