2020 Capital Improvement Project

• Site design at two schools.
• Reconstruction of rear access road and parking expansion.
• Parking lot and entrance drive improvements including asphalt replacement, granite curbing, and concrete sidewalks.
• Repair of concrete retaining wall.

2017 Capital Improvement Project

Elementary School

• Site work associated with a new 11,000 sf building addition.
• New 50-car parking lot and sidewalks including new storm water management system.
• New one-way driveway around building for improved circulation and emergency access.

Junior/Senior High School

• Site work associated with a 6,000 sf building addition including site sanitary connection and new access drive and parking.
• Expanded bus loop and 22-car parking lot with curbed sidewalks.
• Improved site circulation including new striping, curbed sidewalks, and paved 46-car parking area.
