• Replacement of flagpole.
• Repaving of parking and drive areas at the bus garage.

Phase C

• Asphalt sidewalk replacement.
• Paving improvements.

Phase D

• Design for stadium entrance plaza and parking.
• Design for alternates including repaving of upper parking lot and bus loop and milling and resurfacing of 2-lane track.

Phase A

• Synthetic turf inside the existing track including new pole vault and jump pits, and drainage improvements.
• Sidewalk improvements and pavement reconstruction at five schools.

Phase B

• Sidewalk improvements and pavement reconstruction at the middle school.
• Plaza and courtyard improvements at the high school.

Phase C

• Paving and drainage improvements at the bus garage.
