2015 Master Plan

• Master Planning services for the residential property.
• Contract documents were provided for the initial site project which included the removal of an existing seasonal dock and stairs and providing a permanent dock with storage shed and overlook deck, stairs from upper elevation to lower permanent dock, new temporary seasonal dock connection, stabilization of waterfront bank from erosion, and new plantings.
• Project involved coordination with the Village and Town of Skaneateles, Onondaga County Water Department, Army Corps of Engineers and NYS Department of Environmental Conservation.
• Future work potentially includes lawn terraces, hillside gardens and an infinity pool.
