• New utilities, pavement, and site design related to the construction of a new bus garage.
• Access road, site sanitary system.
• Vehicle and bus parking.
• Shallow extended detention wetland for storm water management designed to mimic the nature of the federal wetland located on the site including native plant selection for improved ecological diversity.
